The dramatic modern building was designed by Catalan architect Enric Miralles with the aim of creating a union between the Scottish landscape, its people and culture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n\u003ch3\u003eThe artwork\n\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe drawing takes inspiration from vintage travel posters, particularly ones created during the inter-war period. The overlaid text is a wide-spaced sans-serif typeface that has a definite London Underground map feeling to it.
