Sales to Northern Ireland and EU ended

The General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR) is a European Union law that places new requirements for items being imported into the EU market, which will come into affect on December 12th.

At present I am uncertain how these complex rules will impact on my business, however an appointed EU-based agent appears to be a requirement. As a result of this, I have no choice but to cease sales to customers in the EU and Northern Ireland (since NI has been effectively allowed to remain in the EU).

Once again, we are seeing another of the predictable outcomes of (the illegally won) Brexit.

I'm really sorry about this.
